I'll echo what the other said. Plenty of rest stay hydrated. And with till it goes away. The flu there is nothing much do be done than be patient. And it can be exhausting when your body fight it. Get well soon. We'll be here. 😷🤗😋 Take care

Get rest and chicken soup. With garlic. And tea....... Plenty of water. And uhhhhhhhh...... Pushups. Yep pushups help. Take care lil awake. Get better and I'll keep trying to remember to watch all your videos while you rest
