Everyone is saying the clones aren’t actual people. I mean, they emote, are sentient, feel pain, and can die like people. Now that I think about it, killing human clones…that’s a fine, fine line. Would it be okay to kill someone like Rex then?

Given the story so far, I agree with Cecil’s perspective on saving the world V.S. being the good guy. If things were Mark’s way, some or all of those heroes could have died if Darkwing and the Reanimen didn’t come to help.
