Just on the aspect of the transition episodes there's a few of them what is difficult is when the main story side is at the end of the episode rather than the beginning. I think they did the anime like this so there's some side quests as filler. Also I can say that all these are basically get to know your character backstory arcs and the main storyline has yet to be revealed but has a couple drops here and there.

Loki's name is easy to pronounce. Say low but stop halfway, then say mgrhavdal. Remember the khxh sound comes before the qqwqhjk sound. I hope that helps :)

Guess you do not remember but it literally explains in the TOH and BOFT. Did you forget what she commented on in BOFT? I'm not talking about what the name means, but everything else you said was not needed since it does spoil. Edit: For example, if I ask you what the answer to a multiple-choice question is, A B C or D and you say, "not B". You did not say the answer, but you said what her backstory isn't.

Yea 30 was one those haof filler ones like before where its references but nit suoer imoortant , its classed as apart the loki arc but isnt relevent to the loki arc just a cannon filler episode
