Call for Suggestions: Santa's Village... give me your craziest ideas.

Very well. I'll let you all be naughty.
But before I can craft this Christmas calamity, I'll need some ideas from all of you.
This will work a bit like one-word prompts, except this time, I'm just going to take your craziest, zaniest, oddest things and toss them into the adventure. Of course, there's limited space, so I can't take 'em all. But I'll try to fit in as many as I can.
A few rules:
- 1) Please keep it 140 characters (not words) long or thereabouts. Walls of text and multiple paragraphs are a bit too much to digest when doing these sorta things. The shorter, the better.
- 2) One suggestion per patron.
- 3) Keep it relatively clean.
- 4) Don't worry about mechanics. I'll handle that.

Something has changed Santa's presents for crazy toys of deaths (an elf that hates Christmas and thinks elves are enslaved by Santa) the village is where the story starts in chaos as toys run rampant and you have to find Santa in the Inn drunk sad on ale sad the Christmas for the village is lost

Jack Frost completely encased Santa's home/workshop into a mountain of Ice. PC's need to find a Red dragon to help melt the Ice. The dragon becomes Santa's stand in and delivers treasure to the town

Santa has been replaced by a Vampire Lord who must be stopped before Christmas Eve. Otherwise all his underlings have free reign to enter houses across the land. (I ran this a few Christmases ago, it was fun!)

another thing... an undead Regent; The Lord of Nightmares kidnaps Santa and intends to twist the Fat Elf's holiday By giving the children gifts that attack the kids when they open them. (crawling claws,floating severed heads, animated clubs,black puddings,etc.) and the party is commissioned by Santa's head elf (Buddy) to save santa and stop the Lord of Nightmares.

Troop of barbarian goliaths seeking shelter from a storm find Santa's village and decide to help themselves to a few trinkets.
