Yuder quietly maintained a fast pace as he folded the medicine paper. Fortunately, Enon raised his head again before all the papers were folded. Although he was still frowning, Yuder read a rather positive signal from the fact that Enon didn't tell him to leave.

I don’t think it’s the authors misinformation, I think it’s due to the time period this is set in and herbal birth control likely being made only for women. I’m sure eventually they’ll make medicine for male omegas birth control the same way they’re making heat and rut supressants, but it seems like omegas in this verse don’t get pregnant easily even during heats so it’s not very focused on yet
