I'm going to preface this by saying I may be completely wrong. But it's my understanding that they calculate age differently in Korea. As I understand it, babies start at 1 when they are born (not 0 like in the US for example). In addition, they calculate age by the calendar year not by when your birthday is, so if you wouldn't turn 25 until Dec 30th 2024, they'd still count you as 25 on January 1st 2024. If my understanding is correct, then they may be stating their actual, 'international' age since it was mentioned that these videos would be disseminated to other countries. It would just mean that Soram has already had his birthday this year (and turned 25 internationally) while Tae-un hasn't had his yet (and is therefore still 24 internationally). They'd both still be considered 26 in Korea.
