Mm.. I’m assuming that all four Steles have the same information on them and that’s how Leo and Hugo are able to read the same info. I was confused at first like.. “how could they be doing it at the same time if Leo and them had to clean the stele to read it first but the search party had the same info to give to Hugo?” So I can only think it’s because we know there are four.. I’m assuming… still info crazy
