What you're saying is true, but what OP meant was that they shouldn't have to. If it were a perfect world, the two should be enjoying a nice honeymoon, not tracking down terrorists and preventing a deliberate world's end.

In that sense for sure, in the other sense they literally can’t catch a “break” a time of relaxation where they can just be two lovers enjoying each others company and just getting to be two people in love and not heroes trying to save the world or each other. Like can’t they just rest without interruption… just once?

Isn't it actually a bit of a lucky break? The magic energy activated before too much could gather and Kishiar and Yuder were right there to catch it not letting important clues go unnoticed, allowing them to act right away.
