Kironne probably doesn't see him as a threat, but Kiolle's recent (fake) improvement and him being the Duke's favourite are both things that could be considered obstacles to inheriting the title

The fact that Kiolle is now absolutely terrified of Yuder, Keilusa and Rosa is absolutely hilarious to me. I don't remember him really interacting with Kishiar, but I'm sure he'll also be terrified, which means that he's terrified of the entire royal family now and I love it (yes, Yuder included). I love that poor dumb boy.

I'm sure Kiolle didn't make any friends among the Diarcia soldiers and their commander, but to think his brother was already seeing Kiolle as a threat surprised me.
