News from the snowy den of artwork, insomnia, and coffee! xD
Looks like the time has come for me to sort things out in my work overall. I have the time and mental resources, my health is alright, nothing is distracting me too much. So, i'm leafing through my projects, thinking what can I do with them, there are many of patreon works that should have been uploaded to public by now, but way too many of them I see as poor or rushed out, also outdated by now. Now I watch those and see so many flaws and the ways I could have easily fixd that, which I could not do before. This is one of the reasons why all those "updated versions" appear lately. Like I dig out an old picture and I think, hmm I need to upload that to FA but it's just so poorly made x) But of course not ALL of them are going to get so much time investment, if any.
Also i'm spending considerable amount of time on learning and practice recently. There are 2 different things that I need to work at. My coloring/shading and sketchwork. I practice first problem on those "RTX versions" and fight with the second one on the paper. Doing lots of doodles and feeding the trash can with them xD Sketchwork is currently my most struggled part. I can spend days trying to get things right, camera and poses interesting and ending up with piles of crumpled paper balls and nothing more x) This is embarassing and needs a fixing, and I know the only way - to crumple even more paper...
Here are my plans for the nearest future. First of all, I want to finish the 5th art give-away, draw all kobold game doodles, and then work on my old mini-comic projects. The video with lioness and zebra mating should get sounds, timing fix, and better liquids physics. I'm also going to update my patreon rewards tiers soon(and the page design with new graphics). With all the experience and knowledge, I need to decide what's best for my patrons. I think the $5 tier may be gone, because I really do not like sharing small versions and keep HD gated, I love HD and love watching details closely. There are some ideas to keep this tier afloat, but I need to come up with something meaningful for it.

For the last year or more, I almost never gated anything higher than baseline $1... Basically $1 would have almost everything already, even the WIPs that were supposed to be 25 were released for $1 quite often x) 25 and 10 exists for those who can afford it and want to support my work as much, and I need to offer them something meaningful and exclusive as a reward. But this shouldn't feel like a shop where you buy art, it's about donating an artist so they can keep this work for the living. That's why I'm following these rules so loosely, and being generous about what I share or gate overall. This aint gonna change :)

It's not about raising the $5 to $10, it's about dropping $5 to $1 basically xD As I've explained I no longer want to gate high resolution versions, I want them to be baseline. I'll try to think of something else to replace it.

I love your work, your one of the best artists, in the community imho, but if you raise the 5 dollar tier to 10$ i will drop my support completely.

As I can tell you should consider readjusting your prices, so 10$ just for nsfw versions and 25$ for sketches is in my opinion just too much. I mean the cheaper it is more people can afford it and that means m ore supporters and maybe more money. That don't need to be stricly the case but I personally don't like the idea to lock art (finished, sketches, doodles) away behind tiers higher than 5$. Hope that you don't get that wrong, if anything sounds rude to you in any way I'm sorry for that, it was not my intention then. (And I'm sorry for maybe bad english).
