The pieces definetly dont have the same value as the first season, but i still really enjoy the way these games are played.

I get what you mean, but if you 3 pieces and your chances of getting eliminated during a game is the same as someone with 1 piece, the pieces kinda lose their value I feel like

I think the number of pieces to be lost makes sense because they didn't want them to be divided so much between the prison and the housing, so it was easier to remove pieces from those who had more as well.
