OMG I have Hashimoto's too. Going *gluten free* has help my pain a lot, I started seeing results after 2 weeks back in 2020 when I was diagnosed. I was also mostly in bed. I have to stay on it to be "more normal" and I love real bread and pasta😭 Its been...a change...Anyway, just in case u want to try. I hope u feel better soon bc the pain/tiredness sucks!🫶
