🕑 Added 2019-05-06 11:12:03 +0000 UTCI know I’ve been slack on the posting! I have a few life things happening, as we all do, that have kept me quite busy lately. I just left my childhood home, the house my parents built, for probably the last time. My dad had a severe accident last year that left him without the use of his legs, and the house they’ve lived in all these years just doesn’t make sense for them anymore. I can be pictured here in their bathroom trying not to cry. (Spoiler: I cried a lot.)
In other news, I work 40 hours per week as a bartender now in Brooklyn. It’s hard and it’s exhausting but I’m so proud of myself for doing it. It won’t be forever, but it is what it is for now. Also, I JUST MADE A RECORD! I’ll be making an announcement to the public about that, and my new label, sometime in the next couple of months. This is my favorite, most honest work yet, and I couldn’t possibly articulate how excited I am to share it with you.
For now, please know how grateful I am that you are still here. Your support is the reason I get to keep doing this dance. I love you guys.
