v.0.28 Progress report (I)
🕑 Added 2025-09-14 09:14:51 +0000 UTCDo you remember the last two weeks in the last update, when everything flowed perfectly and all the pieces fit together? Well, karma decided to balance the universe this week.
Some bugs were discovered, and they took a while to fix. I gave priority to them, so the players who haven’t played the update yet wouldn’t experience them.
I did a lot of backend work, I got the skeleton draft (where all the scenes are planned) for 0.28, and the new questionnaire for Season 4 is working.
I also re-wrote and translated a 9,500-word section that I hope you never read in its current form (a story about that below*).
I did some renders, especially the End of Update image that will show at the end of each update in Season 4. No more topless girls, I’m sorry.
And, almost as important, I changed my working PC. The new one had been sitting in its box for some weeks until I finished the update, because I knew it would take a while to get the new one set up and working. It’s not 100% set up, but it’s in working order, and the new bug-free compilations have been made with it.
It’s been a productive week when I look at all the things I did, but there aren’t fancy numbers to show it. And you know I’m a number nerd, so I feel like I can’t show a lot.

*A story about the epilogue:
As most of you already know, I was diagnosed with a potentially mortal clog in one of my legs. The doctors said something like, “You can die at any moment if the clog moves and goes to your lungs”. They put me on meds, and the clog has almost disappeared, so there’s no risk right now.
What does that have to do with the epilogue?
Well, I didn’t want to kick the bucket and leave you without knowing how My Dorm ended. So, I wrote the epilogue. Or, to be more exact, I took all the notes I had about the story of the girls and put them in a single, readable file that I called epilogue. I uploaded it and scheduled a post for two months in the future. For the last two years, I’ve been changing the scheduled date every week, and I will be doing it while I can. So, if you don’t get any news from me in two months, you will get a final post with the epilogue.
That epilogue has been a beacon showing the path to walk, preventing me from roaming aimlessly and setting a clear goal. But you know our girls, and you know they don’t like to walk the standard routes.
Fast forward to last week. After two years, the epilogue I wrote has become obsolete. Things have evolved in the game, some of the girls have changed their goals, and some platforms have changed their ToS, so the old epilogue wasn’t valid anymore.
It needed an overhaul. But since its structure and where it happens weren’t valid, I decided to do a full rewrite. Now, it is like the script for a small (27 Word pages) play with two main characters (the MC is one of them, and we won’t meet the other one until the epilogue), and some supporting ones. It’s far better than it was two years ago.
I will deny it if someone asks, but writing the epilogue made me shed a couple of tears. It happened two years ago, and it happened last week. It’s like saying farewell to the girls for a second (and I hope not last) time.

Don't worry, now the risk of sudden death is almost normal. Emphasis in "almost". I don't plan to kick the bucket. The girls will follow me into hell (I guess no place in heaven for porn writers 🤣) to finish their stories. And I guess the devil will provide me with a good rendering computer so I can continue perverting young (and not so young) minds ;)

Hey, sry for that but what i want to hear last of all is then end of my Dorm...when it goes for me i want to last it forever...you know why ? Because every time i play a new AVN and it annoys me (most of them do these days) i am going back to playing My Dorm...because as i stated before this feels always like coming home... I have been alot away from home at my UN Kfor assignments the last 25 years all over the world and the best part was always coming home for 2 weeks after 4 months away and then repeat. I was at the Golan Heights, in Lebanon, a short time in Africa and currently in Kosovo. I love My Dorm, because there is no negativity in it, the mood in your game is simply beautiful... So please go on with it for a long time, i love ALL the Girls in it, especially Erika and Amanda, my favorites. It became part of my life because it helps me to relax after getting some time free after a day only dealing with assholes... So anyway, Trop my brother, you helped me a little to stay positive in a world which has gone to shit in the last few years, toxicity is on the run, big time wherever you look... And there are small things like My Dorm which is like a beacon of light in the upcoming darkness and for that i thank you big time ! Just my 2 cents, guys i love you for being here !
