I think he could definitely benefit a lot by incorporating his sword training with using that sword mastery artefact as well. Fake mastery or not, it should at least helps with muscle memory of the correct posture, sword strokes, and forms as the artefact forces those down his throat. Of course, he could also offer the sword to goose temporary if he trust her enough. I'm sure someone already with fundamentals would reach the sword mastery even faster, and thus a better coach

I'm wondering... Since the process of working out is, on a very basic level, damaging your muscles so that they can heal, does the Heal spell accelerate that? If he's working out for the first time in ages to any serious degree there's usually going to be that dip, the pain that grows more and more until you break through the first real wall. But he's not talking about being sore at every point either. I predict that the Heal spell will come in effect for this. I'm hoping to it's benefit, but it could be used to his detriment. Does the Heal spell, for instance, return him to his prior state, rather then to what would be optimal? It doesn't seem to be able to rewind time and given the nature of healing magic up until that point, reducing pain and then moving on from there, I'm going to guess it not only doesn't but can't return a persons body back to it's original state. If it did or could then Heal would be one step away from resetting his age every day. And while it probably can help to a degree with aging, after all it probably works very well on all those horrible things that happen through wear and tear over time, I don't think this is the immortality spell. So if for only that reason he's probably working out very inefficiently. He could probably do in hours what some people have to wait days for, which means he could probably do in days what people would need to wait weeks for, and so in weeks what people would have to wait months for.

Sorry about any missing spaces and run-on words. Patreon just does that. As usual I went through and tried to edit them manually out, but it seemed like there were more than usual and I am not at my best today.
