yeah i'm from the midwest as well and my mom and grandmother loved that game, I tried playing it with them as a kid a few times but i'm not sure if I got it down 100%

I remember that Spongebob TCG but I have zero memory of Break Key. What it reminds me of the most are those DVDs that self-destruct after 48 hours once you break the seal on the packaging(there was also Divx, a disc made by Circuit City where you could only watch them if you paid for a subscription service and once it got discontinued in 2001 those discs all became worthless): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexplay A Break Key anime would be pretty lit though. This was definitely one of the factors in Upper Deck's demise(along with the whole "counterfeiting Yugioh cards thing")

Honestly, I'm totally down with a video attempting to explain how to play Euchre in a concise way. It took guidance and several games before it really clicked for me. I also looked on in horror when I saw the simple, if dumb concept of BreaKey, and realized there were 10 more minutes left in the video.

I love that the rarities don't mean anything toward strength either. I got two uncommons in that pack, and you saw both of them break in that video. Super

I feel like the single most insulting part of BreaKey is that its basically 100% luck. Strategy along with the self destruction could have created a genuinely tense situation where losing felt like not an option. But the fact that its luck based means that you don't really care either way what the results are.
