Hmm. How about a midi to paper roll converter?
I think printing from TPU filament may help to seal holes good enough. Curve part may be from TPU and cab be thin as a gasket, its counterpart to connect the valves from regular PLA/PETG and have required shape. Both parts may be glued together for better sealing.
