I really like superhero stories, but I hate their inconsistencies. Why do the bad guys never get killed? The Joker is literally a domestic terrorist, if not Batman, some poor Gotham citizen should have offed him with a Glock. Or the US government should have gotten involved. How do secret identities work when you're bleeding out everywhere? Also, Iron Man has a suit that can fight gods but he can't cure cancer?
I try to address a lot of these inconsistencies within the story and try to make a superhero world I like here. Let me know what you guys think.

Hmm... well I want read more, I find MC as instresting if not quit like able. Nice setup, even if some world building stuff come out as just bit info pump.. it's still fit MC... thinking style, so quit good. And his dicharmony between his past and current skill set is instresting. Only point that fell bit off was: (and it well more hook then error) how he knows that the dog is long living if he haven't have eny look her up? Sure I get proctetion her by way of anonyymi. Can't track her if eny one don't know.

I just reread it and realized even this chunk needs a good edit. But yeah, I've been thinking about superheros ever since I read super minion. Really liked that take and have a lot more bouncing in my head about this one.

that was a good read. Lot's of intereting thing, a compeling and belivable family drama and most of all you ask the question how the world would change with superpowers and so far answerd it well (you didn't just paste superheros into modern world).
