Dev log19 + poll results
🕑 Added 2018-12-04 17:38:36 +0000 UTC Hey folks, we counted all tier votes and joined up with my personal patreon. Total result is Osh'to 112 vs Red Dervish 137. Winner is Red Dervish so we will work on her next. We do not promise her in next update, most likely update after it, but should be fairly soon-ish (compared to previous update)
As for progress and whats to expect in the future. Since last update was long and polished base mechanics, we now want to focus on smaller but more frequent updates. General period between updated is planned to be 1-2 months, we will try to rotate smaller updates with occasional bigger ones, but content for bigger ones will be produced on a longer span during production of smaller ones. We will try to deliver next smaller update in early January featuring delayed kobold girl Iski
Im intending to switch to new animation plugin for unity AnyPortrait from Anima2D. Im not sure if i ll be able to do it for Iski scene, since learning new tech is always tricky. But if everything goes well her smut scene would be animated in AnyPortrait.
The reason we want to do this switch is because Anima2d while was very handy for us, has some innate limitations, which i cannot overcome using all of my animation tricks. AnyPortrait on other hand offers additional tools like controlers and vertex animation, which allows much smoother animation process and raises quality ceiling now that it can mimic 3d volume effect, without giving up the benefit of being integrated in the unity.
Update will have some additional minor content besides Iski, but majority of interesting stuff is reserved on update after this one. This is needed so we can stick to regular update schedule and give some breathing room for our programmer, who is still not done with previous update since we are porting public build to webgl.

PS as many as you know there's this whole tumblr on fire drama going on. We still not sure how it will affect us in the long run, but we hope to still gather strong enough following on other platforms to keep ball rolling. But it shouldn't affect our production since it on our higher priority right now.

we tried to look for avaliable animator of suitable skill level which we can afford, search didn't end with much results. Perhaps as we grow opportunities will show, but currently team size unlikely to grow not to mess up outselves financially. And its early to tell how much bigger worload would be compared to anima2d.

Anyportrait looks like an amazing system - but the workload seems significantly higher. Maybe you should hire an additional animator/character-rigger? Then you can concentrate on pushing out content without getting bogged down (and burnt out).
