For anyone having the same problem: It might be an issue with your mouse driver or your game controller (in this case it was the mouse).
Hey, I think i have a bug. Whenever there is any oppurninty for scrolling in a menu or dialog box it automatically tries to scroll downwards. Is there any way to fix it on my end? becuse it's really annoying. I cant even choose what i want to say in the dialog without it jumping around. I'm new here so if this topic was already talked about mybad.
