Maybe I didn't check carefully enough, I logged in again, unlocked the patreon content again, and then crossed a city and returned to the trade zone, and I finally found the purpled robe crier! Thank you again for your help!

It looks like you didn't unlock the game, which explains why whispering brook doesn't start. When you start the game, does it asks you to unlock it?

At first I thought I had missed some quests, so I started a new save and followed the walkthrough to start the quests. When I got to the Whispering Bandits quest, I couldn't find the Purple Robe crier in the Trade Zone

Thank you for your answer, but I didn't find the main menu interface. I opened the game and clicked it to enter the game. There was no error report in the lower left corner of the main menu.
