I haven't watched it in a while, but when it comes to sexual harassment themed episodes of TV shows, I always think of the Dinosaurs episode. Earl had a coworker called "sexual" Harris who always talked in double entendre's and he fired a female subordinate who refuted his sexual advances and there was a huge trial trying to figure out what sexual Harris meant with all the things he said.
