Just to clarify something I said because I think Henry got the wrong impression. When I said "I always watched the syndicated version," that doesn't mean I swore by that version or thought it was accurate. I meant that I never bought the DVDs when they were around so every time I watched Simpsons, it was syndicated. In fact I didn't even learn about un-syndicated versions until the digital video age. Just wanted to clear that up.

The Bond film you were thinking of was actually Tomorrow Never Dies from 1997, not The World is Not Enough. I had never thought of the villain as a Hank Scorpio type but it's very true.
