I can't believe in all the commentary on this episode you guys missed the most glaring bit of trivia that was dropped - there has to be a reason that the writers specifically made Luann pronounce that she was from Shelbyville. It was to explain why she and Kirk look so much alike in design: THEY'RE FIRST COUSINS!!!

I don’t think it was mentioned in the podcast but I loved that the boys were all ‘this makes us men’ and making a big deal about stepping into shelbyville while the girls were running back and forth behind them not caring at all.
