May 2021 Update
🕑 Added 2021-05-06 17:49:21 +0000 UTCHey guys, been a while since I’ve made an update. Stuff keeps happening and I kept forgetting to make one every month. Nothing major this time but still would like to give everyone a heads up.
- Commissions have seemingly taken over most of my art time and it’s a bit of a bummer but the fact that I still have people supporting me means a lot. The burnout is hella strong tho. I might be more picky about them in The future.
- Things I would like to do in the future is: make 1 piece of art for myself a week regardless or quality (will probably not be Patreon exclusive and just be put up on Twitter) and continue working on my Tsuyu set. I left that thing unfinished for long enough. All the sketches are made, just gotta line and color everything.
- At times it feels overwhelming that I’m using 3 art programs to make stuff but other times it makes me feel productive and knowledgeable.
- I also want to make new ref sheets for my OCs and draw them more god dammit! And possibly a new Sona for myself >_>
- Lastly, I had another thought to myself about extra reward tiers. Either having a new tier with limited spots for requests or a new tier for request raffles and everyone can pledge. I still want to find a way to be more engaged in this system.
Personal life stuff.
- I REEEEAALLY want to see my therapist again. The pills they gave me last year worked like shit and I want to try again with new ones hopefully.
- I said before, burnout is more common unless I’m super engaged with the drawing. Some people think I can do anything with art while I’m just here thinking, “I have no effing clue how to go about this 😓”
- Twitter SUCKS! Very mentally draining and toxic. I’m finally at that point where I’m comparing my art to others and feeling insignificant. “They make it look so easy” is what’s constantly in my head.
- Aaaaaaaaand I got my first dose of the Vaccine! So that’s GOOD!
- Lastly, Monster Hunter is cathartic as FUCK. I don’t care of people say Rise is the easiest one. Bullying monsters is fun! I’m glad I made this one my first MH.

Prioritize more on your mental health and yeah, spend less time on Twitter. It’s a place full of degenerates and pricks that think their higher and better than everyone. As for my AC comm, you can work on it whenever you’re not burnt out. Have a good night and wish you the best of luck on your therapy. ❤️
