In HS2, when being half-state, the top(sash)'s Dynamic effect will be inactivated. So I put another sash in inner bot.

They should work. Because I make them all colorable. If you meet bug, you can also use the sash on inner bot.

Is "Color 02" working for this outfit? I can't seem to change the color. Color 02's "shine" setting changes the shine on the sash.
