I for sure would love one!

I mean there's a whole lot of possibilities for different changes, poses, locations, etc within that framework, it's not like those are literally the only differences. And you'd be amazed at the percent of size art, much of which is good, which fits inside of that "40 possible scenario" list. Also, every now and again I have literally re-rendered scenes from comics with another character and made some minimal changes, and no one was the wiser! I also like the AI pics as excuses to come up with quick little stories for accompaniment, and it's an easy way to get engagement and new followers without taking too much time and energy away from working on comics. Sometimes I like working in DAZ... but dear god there's a lot of tedium and bullshit involved in making big, impressive giantess scenes. The further I try to push the program, and the higher my standards get for visuals, the more the frustrations mount on top of each other. That's when I think about switching to Blender... and then I try to work in Blender for a while and immediately go back to DAZ. Sometimes I still like to mess around with random scenes in DAZ, but lately it's been about the last thing I've wanted to do when I'm not working on a comic. Not to mention that setting up a scene and posing a character can take hours in addition to the render time. And besides, the lazy quick one-off renders that I'd do for engagement tended to be the kind of thing that fell into the "40 possible scenario" list anyway. So either I stop posting almost every day, which would mean a big hit to sales on Gumroad, or I do more time consuming one-off renders, which takes time and energy away from comics... Or I do something that's relatively quick and relatively low effort, and feels like a nice palate cleanser.

When you mix and match the 4 poses, 2 sizes, and 5 locations, that still only comes to 40 possible scenes/scenarios. I think there isn't an amazing variety of characters either. With those limitations, you might be as well off re rendering scenes from your comic previews after swapping in characters from another comic.
