I've concluded that cloth sim is really bugged in the version of Unreal Engine I'm using, so this probably won't be a consistent thing until I upgrade and find another way to cloth sim.
Updated movement, should be looking a lot better now.

Yeah this was really just a concept I was trying out - I will look into that if/when I actually get cloth sims working properly. Thanks for the advice!

Instead of the clothes sliding off, maybe alpha maps could be applied to make the clothes look progressively tattered

I'm using 5.1, there's like 5.2, 5.3, etc. I've tried upgrading before but some of my code broke so I reverted back

I would like to give them clothes that can be cloth simmed, and possibly slide off over the fight, but my version of UE is apparently bad for cloth sim so maybe some day I’ll upgrade

MOVEMENT definitely looks better but yeah that cloth sim needs work haha Baby steps though, as I say. You thinking of giving the fighters more elaborate/complex outfits?
