It feels like July went by so quickly! It was my first month getting back into regular Patreon content after taking a break due to my hand injury, and Iβve loved being back at my desk again π₯° 
I wanted to start the month by posting the artwork that I made in our newest tutorial about how to create dramatic lighting βοΈ I had so much fun filming that video for you guys!! Be sure to check it out if you want to boost your lighting skills! ππ‘β¨
Little Life Updates + My Current Read:
My birthday was this past weekend (which of course required an obligatory trip to Barnes & Noble) and I bought a book Iβve been dying to get my hands on for MONTHS π
Itβs a debut book called Immortal Consequences, which follows the story of six dead teens who are competing at an academy in the afterlife for a chance to return to life or cross to the other side (but only one can win) π€π€ Thereβs gothic vibes and enemies to lovers romance (basically the perfect October/autumn read, but idc weβre reading it NOW π€)
All in all, it was a lovely birthday weekend π₯° I finished a BIG commission (which I canβt wait to show you guys once Iβm allowed!! π€) and we celebrated with coffee and macaroons, brunch with friends, and more bookstore trips ππ°π§
Best gift of all though was this print of Jinu π€π€π€
Drawing Plans:
Now that Iβve gotten some kpop demon hunters fanart out of my system, Iβm going to get back to some book character art! This month I really want to draw some art for one of my favorite reads this year: The Knight and the Moth π€
Hereβs a mood board with the vibes Iβm envisioning! The book is darkly beautiful and Iβm in love with the aesthetic of the female lead (her hair is silver and she wears a shroud over her eyes and a gauzy white dress, plus sheβs a knight π€)

Happy late birthday! Today is my birthday and Iβm actually going to take a nice trip to Barnes & Noble as well. And you just gave me a book to buy, love the painted edges. As for your question, Iβm trying to work on men and their head poses.
