Please tell me which vmd and how it looks like. Most common problem is feet not move. In that case you have to turn off IK manually.

Yes, I know there are a lot of vmd authors use non-standad bone. But I don't have enough time to check them. You can pick one of the songs, and I will check it, see if can make an adaptable ini. Hope he use the same model for most of his vmds.
