I'm fully expecting there to be an explosion of conversation around this because the findings are pretty eye opening. But the cause is elusive, so I think everyone's take will be super interesting to hear.
From a creative standpoint, I was fortunate enough that most of this work was already sort of Done by Quantic Foundry and Nick Yee (who were sooooo kind and helpful), so other than taking what they had already done and making a presentable story out of it, my job from a research standpoint was super easy haha. A weird feeling tbh!
Anyhoo, let me know what you think down below, and brace yourselves... backlog season is officially upon us ;)

Yeah, I barely even decided to play Exp33 cause it was turn based but luckily I love games with parrying so I decided to give it a chance anyway

Oh wow, that's so nice of you to say! Haha thank you and regarding the adult bit, it very well may be. I'd assume if you're just getting into the genre as you're older, you've just kind of played the other genres and are ready for a change of pace, maybe something less "reaction-y" ya know?

Just wanted to say that it was a great video and every time you make a new video it’s an event in our house. My gf and I call it Daryl time lol I feel like since I’ve gotten older i am leaning more towards strategy. I always like the Civ games but now I’m starting to learn things like stellaris and eu 4. Not sure if maybe it’s just something you get more into as an adult or not.
