Chrissy definitely has an eating disorder. I am in recovery and there is sooo much guilt in disorders like this. Guilt in it, guilt for recovering, guilty for everything you do. So it makes sense Vecna targeted her. Super sad though.

Yeah, that's an iconic episode. I remember back when season 4 first aired, people were talking about what would be the song to save them from Vecna like everywhere. On social media, in school etc. Thats the only thing I knew about Stranger Things before watching it: Vecna and how a personal piece of music can save you from him. I mean what a cool concept. And what a powerful execution. And when I finally got to watch this episode I was glued to the screen, sobbing because I thought Max was gonna die and then sobbing more when I saw her fighting her way back to light and life.

There’s something so heartbreaking and triumphant watching Max CHOOSE to live. It’s the most epic scene because she had to fight ten times harder to want to live first and then fight for her survival.

This episode helped break me from my depression. I was depressed around this time it aired and I was mad that my friends didn't seem to notice or do more to help. Then with this episode it hit me that your friends can only help so much, but you are the one that has to pull yourself out of it. Love this episode.
