For Billy being blind it wasn't directly said but there were a number of times of stuff happening where Billy essentially went "wait what happened?" And for Tatiana her untouchable area do3snt destroy stuff it touches its just a solid indestructible wall the danger comes when it expands after being compressed ......... imagine an Iron wall blasting towards your hand at 60 miles per hour and it's essentially that

Ok so this is what I was referring to last time: when they couldn't move last time it's because they were trying to cover their wounds which would be seen as an attempt at repair and stopped Andy from cutting off his head to regrow the rest of his body the same way
