The winds of fury card isn't one of skyress signature ability's it's an ability that can only activate if you have 3 ventus bakugan on the field considered a triple chain wind move in the show

(Standard Ventus Ability) Vicarious Victim (Venomous Beast Torrent Attack): Automatically defeats Griffon and allows the user to choose another Bakugan that has been previously defeated to take Griffon's place. (Haos Griffon) Correlation - Aquos & Ventus: If an Ventus Bakugan is on the field, your Aquos Bakugan gains +100 G's. If the other Bakugan is an ally, both Bakugan gain +100 G's instead.
