Let’s just say Julie & Ben have a On & Off kind of relationship with each other. It’s not consistent like Kevin & Gwen because she’s not a main character at the end of the day, she’s an ally who helps.

Pandor is a Prypiatosian-B. He comes from a planet where they had a ton of nuclear wars and the original species split between A and B, with the A’s having been nearly wiped out and forced underground by the radioactive B’s. Pandor is a criminal on his home world and was therefore put in that suit for his containment and the safety of others. Ben’s transformation, NRG, will also have the suit because the Omnitrix accounts for his radiation.
