Matt neverheed what people think or say. I worry about the same all the time. I’ve a battle with myself each day with MS & Fibromyalgia. Which affects me mentally & physically, lots of folk with Fibro question whether they have ADHD. I work as a graphic designer. But I can’t always work, I’m sometimes behind, and I worry all the time as obv I’m being paid for it too. But I’m so lucky everyone is really kind and patient I work for, and they have been for years. And those who aren’t, as Nico says fuck them! My attitude now after 16 years of illness you can try understand and give me a break or you can fuck off as I’ve enough to deal with! Nico has good advice give yourself a break and try not to worry. I know saying to you not to worry that’s like someone asking me to walk 10 miles when I couldn’t! you can’t help your symptoms! Love this podcast. ❤️❤️
