Saying you’d rather work with or for a white man as a black woman let’s me know you’ve never been in a managerial position over a white man/teen. They are some of most entitled, women hating, perverted, lazy freaks you will ever meet and being in a position where you have to tell them what to do is actually hellish. They hate white women just as much as they hate you even if they pretend otherwise, and most of time they aren’t even pretending bc they don’t have to. White women can be dangerous as well but as long as you have decent discernment you can tell which one of them not to tell your business to/speak to much. Even then applauding abuse of any woman is insane. If you’d turn the other cheek if another woman is being abused in any way just know I hate you bitch.
