Map Pack 25: Taverns - $10+ patrons
Get tons of tavern maps for your games! The map pack contains 4 ten-room "dungeon" maps and 6 "encounter" maps. Each map comes as an image file with both gridded and non-gridded versions and both low- and high-resolution versions. (So four versions of each map.)

This resource introduces a Point of Interest (POI) System that I use in my own personal games. Now you can use it at your own table to make travel more dynamic and exciting. It is compatible with all RPGs, including 5e, Pathfinder 2, and more!
Commoners & Contentment, Lair Magazine #30, June 2023 Issue - $15+ patrons
This month's issue delivers the following D&D 5e and Pathfinder 2e compatible resources:
- A Symphony of Villainy - Ten villains based around the following groups: fallen angels, the gnevlem, the gnolls, the harpies, and the elementals.
- Rest for the Weary | Drag-and-Drop Taverns - Five taverns to provide exciting locales for your players to explore and be entertained by: Adventurer's Brew, Melovit's House of Revelry, Temple of Hepeltia, The Burrow, and The Festival Square.
- Uncommonly Common Magic Items - Ten fun common magic items: animated storybook, battle ribbon, blissful bauble, cuddly kobold, goblin-tooth necklace, mockingbird feather, potion of dancing, scarf of splendid colors, scroll of divine understanding, and the self-heating pot.
- Reduced-Threat Monster Adjustments - Guidelines and rules for reducing the CR and difficulty of a monster.
- A Natural Cause - Level-1 adventure.
With people going missing and a strange disease spreading across the population, the village of Valli North is gripped with fear. Furthermore, rumors have begun to circulate of a fanatical cult determined to reinvigorate the natural world taking root in the region. Thus, the town seeks aid from a group of adventurers, as is to be expected of terrified townsfolk when faced with presumably vile cultists, disease, and other terrors. - The Gang in the Grove - Level-2 adventure.
The Barak Grimms’ gang has been terrorizing the hamlets around Grimstone and returning to their hidden base in the forest. The Magistrate has had enough and has sent a party into the wilds to find the Barak Grimms’ base and the bounty they’ve stolen, but only one member returned from the expedition telling a tale of an underground hideout. The characters embark on a journey to locate the Barak Grimms’ gang and their lair, but they should be prepared for anything because sometimes things are not what they seem.
Horror at Highpeak Abbey (level-5 fifth-edition adventure) - $25+ patrons.
The adventure comes with digital maps for online play.
High up in the mountains, a unique abbey has undergone a horrific tragedy. On the surface, nothing has changed. And yet, an innocent girl is dead. None of it makes sense, and nobody is willing to do anything about it. Will a group of adventurers be able to change that?
Discount Codes - 5-15% off all digital products in the DM Lair Store
Bloopers Video - $15+ patrons
Clips of me at my finest! This will be released when available.
Sign-Up for Monthly D&D Game - $15+ patrons
I run one monthly D&D one-shot game, and I choose the players from my patrons. The signup form for this will be released next Monday via a Patreon post.
Pathfinder 2 Content
As a reminder, until our official launch of PF2 content in September, all PF2 content is being released as "unofficial content," meaning they won't be done up in a fancy PDF like our other resources. We are focusing on fine-tuning our conversions before we worry about making them look pretty.
Also, I wanted to note that some of our in-flight projects simply do not have a viable translation to PF2. Because they were originally planned for just 5e MONTHS ago, when we recently visited it for PF2 conversion, it just didn't make sense to do so. However, our team has already transitioned to considering only publishing resources that work for both 5e and PF2; it will just take us getting through our several-month-long publication lead time to get there.
