AC Vision Reality 1.4 for Pure Gamma Release
🕑 Added 2024-11-15 16:41:02 +0000 UTCHi everyone,
Now with version 1.4 you will no longer need to install Reshade but you can still do it if you want to add effects that you like!
To benefit from it you will need CSP, Pure and Content Manger. The ppfilter was created with CSP 0.2.5 preview1 and Pure Gamma 1.19.
I'm including two presets, one with a glare effect and another where the effect is greatly reduced, make your choice ;)
The video is with the glare preset

Installation
Copy all the files in the .zip to the root of the Assetto Corsa folder then launch Content Manager
1 - In Content Manager
2 - In Content Manager
3 - In game open Pure Config then go to the "PP" tab and check that the script is loaded. Otherwise click on "Import" at the bottom right and look for the file "AC Vision Reality 1.4 with glare.ini" which is located in "X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\config-ext\Pure" and normally the parameters will have to be loaded

Important message: Once everything is done i advise you to test the color temperature in "Pure Config" -> "PP" tab -> "PP adjustments.
My TV is set to "cold" and I noticed that it changes a lot in the colorimetry because it all depends on how your screen is set so try decreasing or increasing this setting. Default is 6500k
Enjoy the game everyone and don't hesitate to share your impressions.
Thanks.

Alright man i will look into it

For 1.4 I activated "LumaSharpen, BlooAndLensFlares, AmbientLight and Gaussian" you can take the presets from versions 1.3.5/GT 1.1 and activated like me. You can reduce or increase the reflection in "Pure Config" "Light" tab and towards the bottom you have a "reflection" slider

This ks what o was looking for all this time i want that less sat realistic looking filter and this is it
SL_pin
Your right
SL_pin
I also wanna ask if you can make like a reflection slider or a cpl mode on replays
SL_pin
Alright i do have the gt reshade and 1.3.5 by any chance can you make one for 1.4 reshade a different look
MCG
of course, in version 1.3.5 or in the Vision GT version of my Patreon you have my presets for Reshade. You can try them. Otherwise with version 1.4 I personally use LumaSharpen to make the image sharper
SL_pin
alright thanks for the reply and can u share me some good presets u have im not really good at making presets on reshade
MCG
you don't need Reshade with this version, that's why there is no Reshade file with it. But you can install Reshade if there are effects you like đ
SL_pin
bro where can i get the reshade for this?

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to respond.

I would like to make the environment as close as possible, so it would be helpful if you could publish it.
MCG
ok thanks :)

My dear, I'm not contesting MCG's work with other games, but rather my opinion. It was very clear to me that he himself asks for feedback, I play Assetto Corsa, I play with his filter, but the opinion is free. So what is the purpose of feedback??????????
Gavin Richmond
Yes. Non glare filter.
MCG
Almost everything is maxed out. I'm currently gaming with an RTX 4060 at 1080p. I can share my CSP configurations if you want
MCG
Thank you for your comment. Is your image with 1.4?
Gavin Richmond
Filter looks great. Headlights are better controlled as are the highlights of the car reflections. I think those saying it looks bland and lifeless are looking for a GT7 style filter rather than realistic. https://i.postimg.cc/m2TW7cy0/av-ford-puma-rally1-ss-stlaurent-10-14-27.jpg Edit: Screenshot taken with no glare filter.
TomFunky
Can you tell me the video settings and CSP settings?
Ademar Hermida
I tried to increase it in pure config, but it doesn't work well.
GRbigfoot69
hey ! MERCI top comme dab.
MCG
have you tried changing the color temperature? otherwise to have more vibrant colors, you can increase them in Pure Config. Thank you very much for this information
Ademar Hermida
hug
Ademar Hermida
I did a test here and it really looks much nicer with (unsharp)
Ademar Hermida
In my opinion, unsharp makes the colors more vivid.
Ademar Hermida
HDR (hdrfake.fx) with unsharp (unsharp.fx), but I believe that unsharp looks really cool, try both together and then separately, only HDR looks really strong, in my opinion. A big hug and have a great weekend.
MCG
Hi, you find that the colors are bland, what reshade effects would you recommend? thank you for your suggestion, it helps me to improve it
Ademar Hermida
Good evening my friend, your filter really needs reshading, it is very light and lifeless. I apologize for being so blunt.
