Listening to this while I'm cooking has become one of my favorite daily meditations. Especially when energy gets stuck in my body, heavy and immobilizing. This eases my mental tension and moves restlessness out of my body. This sensitizes my awareness and plugs me back into life experiences. Like the way deep breathing feels in my lungs. When the sun starts spilling through the curtains, so I open them, and let sunlight fill the room. How holding the simplest utensils and everyday objects grounds me. So freeing. Thank you.

Today i feel so lethargic, just so sad, today of all days i feel so alone and im tormented with horribly painful memories. I feel so broken that i just didn't have the strength to go to work. It is my eternal beloved's birthday today and he would have been 44 yrs old today. I miss our little date together on his special day or any day he would take me to our little dates. Or if he didn't want to go anywhere i have a little party at our house with friends and family. We would be in eachothers arms and stay that way for as long as we want. I miss those moments. I miss us. I just finished listening to this again and it soothes my heart alittle. Just layin hear in bed huggin on my pillow. Don dark next time can you do an audio about giving love and support to someone who has been bereaved? To help her move on but never forget her forever beloved.

If you want more views on tiktok and I’ve done this myself but you can pay to promote your video if you click it and hit the share button something like fire will come up and it says promote. You’ll get more viewers. Doesn’t have to be a huge expense but like $5 a day.. depends on what your goal is .. my videos would get stuck on tiktok at 250/300 views and I did pay to promote to get more followers and views def worth it btw
