Okay, not everything, just how she feels about public nudity. Now I don't typically lay things out like this for my own benefit, but I've done this so you can see the thinking here - people periodically ask about/comment on Miyuki's inconsistent attitudes toward people seeing her naked, and that's because circumstances in the world are inconsistent.
Now this will be interesting/useful to some of you, while others immediately began to feel drowsy when they saw the words "Excel Spreadsheet", so I've drawn a naked Miyuki for you (she's thematic). I may post the comic to DA, we'll see.
Additional notes:
Although she does get embarrassed, Miyuki is still far less modest than a typical young woman. She's always looking for an excuse to take her clothes off.
Miyuki is strong willed but often lacks common sense, so if she starts to do something while nude, she'll generally see it through instead of leaving to go put clothes on. While this could be something important, like rescuing Clarissa from the infamous Undead Vizier, it could also be something really mundane, like getting a smoothie. This is part of why, for instance, in the Aztec Irish Pub St. Patrick's Day comic, she's still at a crowded bar with Lyta, despite having lost her clothes. All of this tends to result in a move up the embarrass-o-tron scale.
As a ninja, Miyuki has been trained from childhood to have a keen sense of when she has an advantage over others and vice versa, this is valuable to know if you're planning ninja mayhem. This plays into this chart as well; she has no problem being nude around Lyta and Clarissa, for instance, but will be slightly more embarrassed if they're clothed, because she's aware they have her at a disadvantage. Nothing would come of it (unless it's St. Patrick's Day), but it's ingrained into her way of thinking.
Generally speaking, being taunted by enemies/rivals and being forced to strip will make Miyuki angry, and probably start a fight if she hasn't been restrained. While she's angry or involved in a fight, she'll forget her modesty completely, although she'll likely be embarrassed later when she thinks about that time she beat up five guys with her boobs hanging out.
As she moves her way up the embarrass-o-tron scale, Miyuki will react largely as you'd expect - more blushing, embarrassed body language, and attempts to cover her nudity with her hands. There can be outliers here as well, sometimes she'll be embarrassed at the thought of her own embarrassment (that feeling of disadvantage again) and so will purposely not cover up to try to reassert her self confidence (much like a cat will fall off a piece of furniture, and then glare at you like they're trying to convince you they meant to do that). Other times she'll cover up because she thinks she should - say she was skinnydipping in a lake, and spotted an abandoned Buddhist temple on an island, if she went to explore it she'd likely cover up even though she's alone, because it's a place of solemnity for her and she feels she should be clothed. Or at the end of the Selena's Visit comic Miyuki is partially covering up because she thinks that's what Lyta wants her to do.

So in many ways (as you see) it's not really possible to completely max out the Very High column because of some inbuilt contradictions, and while making her mad and triggering her fight response is the obvious one, there's really no logical way to have a situation in which she has her clothes stolen by her enemies, who then demand she cover up while forcing her to interact with them socially. Consider also that there are situations this chart doesn't cover, or only covers in the most general terms, so we can go outside the box, so to speak. I don't really see her making a bet involving nudity with her enemies/rivals, that's the kind of goofball activity that's really only done among friends. The related issue here is she doesn't have a lot of established enemies/rivals, so that's something separate I'll have to work on. Anyway, I gave this some thought (not least while while stuck in traffic yesterday), and here's what I've got: Miyuki is at a formal event at a big fancy mansion (there are lots of these around here, historical buildings that get rented out for events, often attached to wineries). It's a gala event for people in her industry (fitness). So we have a huge crowd of people who are nicely dressed and formal, many of whom are influential or important in a way that Miyuki would care about. Likewise, the setting is large, formal and imposing. During a lull in things, Miyuki splits off from the main event to check out other parts of the venue, and spots a copy of Big Tiddy Goth Girlfriend magazine on a side table. That's one of her many fetishes, what a coincidence! She slips into the nearby vacant billiard room to check out the pictorial, and since her actual big tiddy goth girlfriend is in Egypt digging things up, she decides now would be a good time to pleasure herself on a nearby couch - no one's here, but they're just outside the door, and the danger adds excitement. To this end, she takes off her evening gown (her only clothing under the circumstances) and sets it carefully aside. In he midst of her sexy goth fantasies, Miyuki suddenly realizes she's not alone; her fitness rival, a character I haven't created yet, has slipped into the room. Caught in the act, Miyuki quickly tries to cover up while Fitness Rival taunts her briefly and then departs. Deeply embarrassed, she goes to put her dress back on, only to find it's not there! Fitness Rival has stolen it! Perhaps BTGGF magazine was a plant and she's been tricked, but she's definitely had her clothes stolen. (She'd also have some really high partygirl heels - I'm not sure if it's more embarrassing to be walking around in only these, or to be left barefoot as well. Maybe barefoot, she hates being shorter than other people). Anyway, it's clearly time to cut her losses and flee the party, but she runs into people in the hallway, and in a hurry to get away, accidentally runs back into the gala event! She's now naked in a large crowd, which includes important people and a rival or rivals. Since Miyuki is known to teach a class in, and advocate for, nude yoga, everyone assumes this is on purpose, so no one thinks to give her something to wear (conveniently). Reactions vary, probably not much in the way of taunts but she'd get all the others; she's attracting a fair amount of attention, and lots of people will be intrigued enough to want to talk to her, so she has to be very social. Miyuki could really use a drink - there's a tray of champagne glasses passing. She goes to reach for one, taking her hand from her breasts to do so. One of the other guests tells her she's exposing herself, and to cover up, which she quickly does. The champagne tray drifts away, so no alcohol for her. Finally, the reception gives way to a program of sorts, the house lights dim a bit, and Miyuki hopes for a reprieve - people's attention will be drawn elsewhere and her nakedness won't be as obvious in the dark. Not so, however, because she's been called onstage! They're giving her an award for nude yoga or something, and so she has to give a speech! As she steps into the light there's a collective gasp from the audience - when she was mingling there were people who couldn't see her through the crowd, but they can now. She gives an awkward, rambling speech without paying any attention to what she's saying, all while desperately trying to cover herself and blushing furiously. Suddenly, the audience lets out another, more emphatic gasp, after which Miyuki hears an erotic moan that sounds vaguely familiar. She turns to see the large presentation screen behind her is playing video of her stroking herself while lying naked on the billiard table! I know I said it was the couch earlier, she's also embarrassed by the continuity errors! Fitness Rival is no doubt responsible, but thankfully at this point total anarchy breaks out, and Miyuki flees. She has a naked Uber ride ahead of her, but that's really an improvement at this point.

True, everything starts from narrative demands, but if I'm clever (TBD, but the possibility exists) I can devise a situation that Miyuki will react to the way we want, but that is also entirely consistent with how she should act. So working backwards from the effect to the cause. I actually considered exactly that - two Miyukis representing opposite ends of the embarrass-o-tron scale. In the end I just did one so I could get this finished, but I might still do it if I have time later.

Okay, time for brainstorming. The key to embarrassing Miyuki is to max out on as many High and Very High triggers as possible, while avoiding any Low or Very Low triggers. Notably, we're warned that "being taunted by enemies/rivals and being forced to strip will make Miyuki angry, and probably start a fight if she hasn't been restrained" So we need to avoid taunting by rivals as well as being forceably stripped. That leaves "Lost a Bet" as the ideal 'What happened to her clothes?' option; while its only a High trigger, it doesn't fall into the categories that will make her angry or start a fight. So we need to lure Miyuki into losing a bet to her rivals where the consequences involve her having to get naked in front of a huge crowd. Rivals work better than enemies, as there's less impetus for a fight to break out. Especially if its more of mental rivals than physical rivals. Not other ninjas or adventurers, but perhaps girls that pick on her friends. Losing a bet to random 'mean girls' should leave Miyuki with low confidence levels, which is another Very High trigger. We want to avoid taunts (which might start a fight), so reactions should focus on Shaming Comments We also need Miyuki to be sober, with low prospects of sexy times. Finally, we need Miyuki to be doing something social, and we need it to happen in the rival's territory. Based on this detailed analysis, the ideal humiliation would be... Losing a bet and being forced into naked waitressing at a sorority's fancy soiree, specifically the sorority that keeps picking on her friends How'd I do, Penguino?

And here I thought we just all had wildly inconsistent depictions of how embarrassed everybody is because one week the story demands they be embarrassed and the next demands they be confident. That's how I've always done it anyway. Also, as an aside, you should definitely add another two images, one depicting each extreme end of the spectrum, and this is definitely something I say for scientific reasons and not an ulterior motive

A few of my girls have a significantly easier flowchart for nudity. But it's nice to see some of Miyuki's thinking. For my girls it's sometimes more: Can the clothes be physically removed? > It's probably fine to be naked. Though, I do have a few were's and other characters who lose their clothes due to other transformations or conditions.
