Of course they wanted money. Video games are a valid form of art. This reminds of a minor controversy I was in once. I had taken a photo of the American flag upside down. It wasn't meant to be disrespectful but still managed to ruffle some feathers.

Cannon Fodder, the game that sealed my love for the Amiga. Teenage me didn't understand what I was about to experience as I hummed along to the epic theme "War has never been so much fun", but now I think that it's one of the best anti-war games ever made
