Wearing Power Armor to a Magic School: Emma's Workout Routine 2

So I decided to grab a few art commissions whilst waiting to commission more art references for other characters from WPA! :D
This particular commission was based off of an idea I had for the Emma workout art piece I commissioned last year! I at first wanted a pose based more on martial arts, but decided against it since I thought a contemporary workout pose better suited the vibes given off by the PE chapters that the first workout art piece was inspired by. However, I always wanted to revisit the idea of Emma practicing martial arts, and so here it is! :D It’s pretty cool too since it’s based off a traditional Thai martial art, thus tying Emma back to her heritage! :D
The artist, once again, did an incredible job on this piece!
The pose just has such a dynamic and natural flow to it, that makes it feel like a snapshot taken straight out of an animation! I also have to mention that Emma's expression here is so on point and totally nails the cocky gremlin vibes she exuded during the PE chapters!
The artist also provided me with two versions of the piece which I love equally and couldn't pick between, so I decided to share both of them!

Depends on flexibility. Anyone would expect power armour to punch someone to next week, but noone would expect their skull to fly with a kick.

As Emma was doing PE warm-up, it was mentioned how the armor was bending in ways a casual observer would probably think it SHOULDN'T, meaning that there is some surprising amount of flexibility. How much? Not sure. Even if it can bend seemingly solid plates, you still have to account for it being bulky. So I will remain somewhat skeptical but open to limited Muay Thai in the power armor :D

well since the Power armor is like a thousand years old concept it should have a lot of flexibility also the looks on the others faces would be really funny if Emma did a judo trow of the dragon.

the main issue is the extent of flexibility, the basics of any material art should be applicable it just has to be modified

Military training includes close quarters combat. Maybe part of power armor training includes some boxing or a variant?

The nose strip was purely artistic liberty on behalf of the artist to match the vibes of the themes of the art piece haha. I think it really adds to the vibes of it! :D

Did she like slam her head on a table or something or is their some other future tech/cultural purpose for that nose strip Is the explanation in a bonus story? Did she hurt her nose when the bomb happened? Is is some sort of weird Holo-Nasal-Dialator? Does it play music? Did science go so far we figured out it's better to play music through the nose? Did we crack smell-o-vision?
