The intention was that Puz is conflicted about joining in on this activity or not. She's not outwardly sexual like Di is, so she doesn't feel comfortable jumping into situations like that, but she also doesn't like being left out.

I see what's going on here. Di made that shocking remark earlier to sell the act of being "oblivious" about Puz watching. Very clever :P
