She probably assumed Ben was okay with all this, and was hosting them. Kevin probably was like 'oh yeah, he agreed to the party!' because, Kevin is in his own world. When Ben freaked out and was like 'I'm a virgin', she was like 'oh shit', and now she's worried she's being invasive.
