Ugh, I hope not. Basically I had intense pain and vomiting for about 20 hours, and then it subsided and now I'm just sore. I've been drinking a lot of water and lemonade, so I'm hoping it got flushed out. But I'm paranoid that it's just temporarily settled and it's going to start back up again X_X
