Most of the times I si not cool down. Now that I am at the YMCA, after my workout I go to the pool, swim 20 minutes then the massage Jets in hot water and to the shower
Honestly I seldom do a cool down. If I feel my back is strained during the workout I usually do the last exercise here. But usually to cool down all I do is sit cross legged letting my body slow down with my breathing.
