I use https://www.krea.ai/enhancer to generate background objects and 'npcs' for my scenes. Like if I don't want to devote an actual atom to it... saves lots of resources and doesn't look bad. Add doors to wall with ImagePanels, use GIMP to clear them of extraneous stuff. ChatGPT has an image feature I use to make signs and buttons.

While I think AI art is great, I do prefer VAM, DAZ, Blender, etc. because there is an intimacy I feel you get with the process using those tools over something like A1111, ComfyUI, etc. When you create a model, and see it come to life in an animation or a scene, it can be somewhat heartwarming. AI art feels a lot like a slot machine, imo.
