🕑 Added 2018-12-17 01:45:18 +0000 UTC This update implements a new pane on the right side of the game's interface. I've also made progress with Nolow and added some disposal endings to existing scenes.Here's the changelist for this update:
- Finished Nolow’s betting game. There are three unique blurbs with a few dialogue options depending on the outcome: lose, miss naturally, and miss intentionally. Currently he cheat(ah)s and always wins, but there shall be a future where he can lose! Once his scenes are complete, that is. They still need work.
- Finished the disposal sections for Gordon and Cho’s scenes.
- Added the Newspaper Vendor (Gurgle Avenue: East) and the Snack Rack (Quik-Eat Mart). The first is just environmental flair. The second is that plus setup for a future scene!
- The “Stomach” pane has been added to the right-hand menu. This will be the home of any friends you decide to gobble, instead of the Inventory as it was before.
- “Stomach Pane” is now an option on the Altar of Omnoms. Using this, you can enable or disable the Stomach pane. (Note: This isn’t a “pred/prey/switch” option because disabling the pane only prevents you from predding. When it’s enabled, you are effectively a switch. This may be changed later when I have more time to implement a whole pred/prey/switch system, but that will be time-consuming. There also aren't enough prey yet to justify this.)
- Gordon’s scene has been modified so that if the Stomach pane is disabled, you can ask him to eat you (normally, he’ll only eat you if you’ve digested some customers). There are some dialogue changes for continuity, but the scene is otherwise the same. Be warned, this ending is still fatal, even if you have Reformitol.
- The “Compass” pane has been retitled as “Navigation”. I felt like this would be more indicative of what it does.
- The “Places and Objects” pane has been retitled to “People and Objects” since no places ever appear there. (Tbh, it was kind of a weird default name.) I’m not a huge fan of this new name either, so I’m open to suggestions!

Oof, I forgot to update the UI for the stomach inventory after putting people in there. Thanks, it should be fixed now!

Oh gosh, I guess that makes sense if you're trying to play with the source code. I've updated the link in the source code post, so try downloading the new file in there! The problem is that I had to implement a new library for the stomach pane, so now there are sorta two game files instead of the previous one.

When I try to open it, it keeps saying "Failed to load game due to following errors: * Error: Cannot find a file called 'InvPane2.aslx'in current path or application/resource path." I don't know if this is a problem in some of the updates you did, or in my computer, though, because I'm not good at any of this stuff lol
