🕑 Added 2021-02-11 02:04:14 +0000 UTCFinally, this update brings Cho to a state of content completion! His last scene is done and his path is ready to be experienced in full. Please read below for more details, and please enjoy! I hope that the wait has been worth it.
- Cho’s final scene is COMPLETE! To view it, you must play out all of his other scenes; get eaten by him at the bar, become his pet, and then play through each unique scene within his hotel room.
- New cheat code! This one will allow you to directly experience Cho's final scene by skipping all of his prior scenes. After inputting the code, you will just need to find him and accept his offer to be his pet. Once you enter his room, the final scene will be initiated as though you just reformed. Naturally, this will break his narrative continuity, but it’ll be the fastest way to experience the new scene if you’ve already read the others. (If you have the $5 tier, you can find it here and labelled as new.)
- Fixed a bug that prevented the hint setting from being imported with codes.

Dang. :/ I hope it's magically fixed for you in the next update! Did you also try downloading it from the Quest site? Trying a different source might work.

Can you try updating your .NET framework? At the moment, it's the only thing I can think of or find to solve the issue. You can download the latest version here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework Otherwise, I'll make a post to the Quest forums and see if anyone might know what the issue is.

I suspect that you're playing through the online player and had sounds enabled, yes? This can often cause issues. If so, please try again. I just implemented a new change for that.

Hmm, I'm not sure then... I've asked a few friends to download from that link and give it a go, and sound works on their end too. Have you tried reinstalling Quest?

I am downloading it from the google drive file. And yeah, I am using the same version of Quest right now.

Oh, there are multiple links to download it from. For your $5 tier, there are two links for the Quest site, and then there is the Google Drive file. Telling me which method you used might help me to figure it out. I'm using version 5.8.0 for Quest, which looks like the latest version. Is that the one you are on?

After using the cheat code, (haven't tired regularly yet) the new scene breaks and says something about an error and boolean Specifically: Error running script: Error compiling expression '"\"Wait, um, we should go and get a reformative first!\""': RootExpressionElement: Cannot convert type 'String' to expression result of 'Boolean'

Where are you downloading it from? I've tried downloading it myself and sounds work on my end.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but sound does not work at all, never used to have any problems with it but I know it started last update for myself, and I tried downloading it and playing it on firefox and chrome with no luck for sounds. Any idea on how to fix that?
